The second level Oceanfront Suite features a king bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living area with a slider opening to an Oceanfront Terrace with stunning Caribbean views. Our 4th level rooftop terrace provides 360 degree views of the entire island that can't be beat - a great place for yoga. working out, sunset cocktails and/or romantic stargazing.

This gorgeous villa is uniquely decorated with custom tapestries, each an individual work of an artist. Ceiling fans are generously placed, circulating gentle sea breezes throughout the home. Each suite has individual temperature controls - both A/C and quiet, high quality ceiling fans.
The first floor suite boasts a large great room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, an indoor dining area all with floor to ceiling disappearing sliding glass doors. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first level, one bathroom is ensuite with a tub. Both the lower level Master Suite and the Oceanfront Suite have king beds that may be configured as 2 twins, with advanced notice. There is a double sized futon on the first floor, and a futon in the second floor suite.
The second level Oceanfront Suite features a king bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, blender and more. Living area includes comfortable seating, flat screen Smart TVs on swivel mount and high speed wifi. Slider opens to an Oceanfront Terrace with stunning Caribbean views with seating area and afternoon shade.
Castillito del Caribe is located right on the Malecon, a perfect walking or running trail along the sea, or take an easy stroll to breakfast, lunch or dinner. All the Isla Mujeres excitement is so close, but you'll be reluctant to leave this property. There are 7 terraces, 4 are on the East side of the property, all with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Our rooftop terrace offers 360 views of the entire island!
The ground level terrace has an inviting Baja Shelf splash pool, with a Fountain and bubblers. It transforms into a stunning water feature when the lights come on at night. Bask with your favorite beverage in a lounge chair in the pool, sit for a relaxing soak or let the little ones enjoy the shallow area. A sweet second level morning coffee terrace is perfect for watching Isla Mujeres come to life at the start of each day.

Additional information about rental rates
- Rate includes all taxes: 3% hotel tax and 16% IVA. Cleaning Fee $125 will be added to the rental cost.

Payment via Venmo, Zelle or Wise is preferred.
FLEXIBLE COVID CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY: Should Guests be subject to any government travel restrictions or bans either by their home country or Mexico, hosts agree to provide full credit for nights booked and reschedule guests' reservation on mutually agreeable dates on availability basis. The deposit paid will be kept in an escrow account and applied to a new reservation.
General Cancellation Policy. A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will result in a refund of deposit collected less a 30% handling fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the deposit payment with no refunds of monies paid. Early departure will not result in a refund of monies paid. Reservations between December 20 and January 3 requires a ninety (90) day notice to cancel to receive a refund of the deposit payment, less 30% handling fee. Cancellations made within ninety (90) days of an arrival date during that period, shall forfeit the deposit payment with no refund of monies paid.
Rental rates are for the entire property.
