FLEXIBLE COVID CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Should Guests be subject to any government travel restrictions or bans either by their home country or Mexico, hosts agree to provide full credit for nights booked and reschedule guests' reservation on mutually agreeable dates on availability basis. The deposit paid will be kept in an escrow account and applied to a new reservation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover reimbursement due to any unforeseen personal emergencies.

General Cancellation Policy:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will result in a refund of deposit collected less a 30% handling fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the deposit payment with no refunds of monies paid. Early departure will not result in a refund of monies paid. Reservations between December 20 and January 3 requires a ninety (90) day notice to cancel to receive a refund of the deposit payment, less 30% handling fee. Cancellations made within ninety (90) days of an arrival date during that period, shall forfeit the deposit payment with no refund of monies paid.
